新莊地藏庵文武大眾老爺暗訪
新莊地藏庵的「文武大眾爺」奉祀於南殿，是新莊地區極為特殊且重要的信仰。其他地方多僅稱「大眾爺」，而且都是以武將的樣貌造像，或者以木牌、石碑、神主代表。然而，新莊的文武大眾爺不僅塑有神像，像貌、服飾亦為一文一武。新莊人的信仰中，文武大眾爺被認為是管理群鬼的鬼王，並具有裁斷陰陽兩界恩仇，賞善罰惡的司法神功能。因此在新莊民眾心中，「文武大眾爺」被賦予如城隍爺般陰間司法神的神格。
